Wooden Bunk Option

Wooden bunks are quicker and cheaper to build and fit than the roller beam setup, but require the trailer to be submerged to a deeper level for launching and retrieving the Jetski.

The timber should be H4 CCA Treated.

Wooden bunks can be fitted with the timber section on its flat rather than on its edge as shown above. An additional bolt on plate and "U" bracket can be used to fit the bunk to the stem. Once the position has been found, the "U" brackets should be welded or pinned together for security.

Use Coach bolts or heavy duty wood screws to mount the plate to the bunk.
